A big mistake (Ashelia only)

Nate had been in Costa Del Sol for nearly a week now as he had been hired to spy on someone named Ashelia B'nargin Dalmasca and if he deems her as a major threat he is to either kill her or to take her back to his master. So far he had found her on the first day where he had purposely bumped into her so he could plant a locater spell on her. Now that has been completed Nate could find Ashelia any time he wanted to. But something have changed in the previous week as he had stopped someone from killing her in her sleep. Nate wasn't even sure why he did it as he has realised she is a major threat to his boss's plans but he had stopped her from being killed.

Nate had only returned back to Costa Del Sol about an hour ago as he had been ordered to return to his boss. At his boss's hide out Nate had been attacked by all of his boss's followers with there most powerfulest attacks. So now he has some scars. Nate jumped down from the tree he was on as he walked along the streets and made his way to an open field. Nate walked up to rocks on the field as he made a arrow come out of his middle finger as he made three targets on the rocks. Nate walked to the opposite side of the field. He stood there closing his eyes as he listened to everything around him and felt the direction and speed of the wind. Nate then sharply opened his eyes as he made arrows shoot out of his fingers and made a happy face on each of the targets.

"What do you want" Nate said as he heard someone behind him.

"The order is to kill Ashelia B'nargin Dalmasca no matter what" the person said but when Nate turned around to face the new comer he was gone.

"Crud" Nate thought as he clicked his fingers as the arrows disappeared. Nate walked into the center of the fied and sat down as he concentrated to activeate the locater spell so he can find her. Nate quickly fired three arrows as he hear someone behind him.

Ashe yawns listening to her adviser which bored her to death. She sat in her thorn half listening to the older man. Ashe's fingers drummed the arms of the thorn as she sighed wondering when he'd shut up. Ashe shifted the postion where her elbow would be on the armrest and her head rest on her hand. The left hand moved in a circle as if to say yeah yeah hurry up i have other things to do then to listen to u blahing. She nod her head and sighed again as her foot tapped waiting this boring talking adviser to go away.

He'd finally finshen talking and bowed leaving the room. As he'd left princess Ashe got up and jumped some. After jumping which made her boobs kinda bounce she stepped down the steps. Ashe streched some more before rubbing her blue eyes.

" thank god that old man is finally gone now i can do what i want to do. What was he speaking of anyway? I don't know oh well must have not been important to me. Or i stopped listening all together"

Ashe shrugged then walks again this time towards the window thinking of a certain young strong build Male. She did bump into him one day and she kinda wonder if he was alright not that she cared. But she she didn't care why was his image stuck in her mind. Angain sighing the princess turns around having her back face the window.

Nate turned and saw a small animal hurry away "I must be imagening things" Nate thought to himself as he start to take slow breaths as he prepared to activate the locater spell to find her. Nate closed his face as he imagined what she would look like with nothing on, he quickly shooked his head to get rid of the thought as it isn't really the time to be thinking of that, his eyes opened when he found her. He got up as he brushed the dirt of his clothes until there was no speck of dirt on him.

Nate then started running in the direction she was as he kept the locater spell activated so he would have a general idea if she was on the move, but the problem with Nate using the locater spell is that it isn't that reliable when Nate is on the move as it will give him a mile radius what isn't the best of an area to have since now the race is on to stop the assassination attempt on her. Nate went threw all of the people that his boss would send after her who would be able to also handle Nate, that list isn't that long but Nate has the advantage as the only other people better than him are both close range expert so they would't risk trying to kill her from long range.

Nate then stopped sudenly as he looked around but not seeing anyone he placed his hands on his face so the palms are facing away from his face, he closed his eyes not entirely sure what to do as his fingers lit up blue as he made a bow appear in his left hand and then made three arrows appear in his right hand, he then loaded the three arrows into the bow and fired them up into the air. "One..." Nate said counting until he got up to nine "...ten" Nate said as he done a front flip and kicked the three arrows into three different possitions, then three people fell out of the possitions with the arrows stuck in there throats.

Nate then walked up to the building that Ashelia was in a made his bow disappear but he then made a sword appear in place of it as some people approached him. "I so don't have time for this" Nate thought as he could easily kill them get into the building and then kill the princess before anyone realised what had even happened. "I mean you know harm" Nate said as he made the sword disappear but the next thing he knew was that the people started to attack him so he made arrows appear out of his fingers and shot them into the peoples knecks. Nate walked over to each of them as he searched them only to find a brown envelope in each of them so he opened them to find the details of there job what is to bring Ashelia to there boss dead or alive. "Crud this was only to slow me down" Nate thought as he ran into the building searching for Ashelia.

" HM something fishy going on around here i can smell it. But i wonder what " she taps her finger on her chin and pushed of the window sail.

"it seems my so called guards are antsy or their bored like me. i want adventure, romance, thrillers and oh so much a love of my own."

Ashe walk away from the window and down the hall way where she bumped into someone. Again her mind drifted some to that man that she last saw. She bowed some to the person she bumped into and hope they where alright. " I'm sorry for bumping into you are you okay sir?" Little did she know she had just bumped into Nate the male her mind drifted on and off to. She hold her hand out to help the male up if he'd take her hand that is.

Nate wasn't even paying attention to where he was going as next thing he knew somebody had bumbed into him. He looked up to see that it is the intended target. So Nate helped himself up and sighed as he looked into her eyes "You shouldn't be here, you should get as far away from here as fast as possible" Nate said as he turned away from her to look up and down the halls to see if there are any killers there but he saw none. Nate grabbed Ashelia's arm as he led her into a room not even sure why he is even helping her as he is also supposed to be killing her but he has been doing the opposite and stopping other people from killing her. "So who are you and why are there people trying to kill you" Nate said as he looked around the room looking for all of the possible escape roots.

Nate took off his jacket along with his top. Nate walked over to a cabinet as he took out some bandages and some stitches. He took a needle and thread the stitches threw the needles and then he stitched his cuts closed while hiding all of his scar on his back from Ashelia not wanting to explain that she is the reason that he has the scars. After he stitched the cuts closed he wrapped the bandages around the cuts before he walked back over to Ashelia noticing that she had just seen him bare chested but he just shrugged it off as he put his top back on. He took the brown envelope he took from the killers and passed it to her, "You need to stay safe as I need to be some where else" Nate said as he stood infront of her and stared deeply into her eyes as he took one of her hands into his and entwined his fingers with hers not really sure what to do.

She would be shocked as she was some what dragged into a room. She blinked a couple of times as this male spoke . People wanted to kill her why wasn't she informed about this. Maybe this was what her adviser was blahing away at his mouth about. She looked shocked and then concerned about the Male.Watching as he'd re sew his injured scar. She was about to asked him what happened to him as she felted his hand enter wine with hers. She would answer His 1st question that being whom she is.

" My name is Princess Ashelia B'nargin Dalmasca.. Or Ashe for short. I'm still terribly sorry for bumping into you. I had no idea someone is out to kill me "

Shed say while watching the male name Nate again her blue eyes kinda got caught within his.She felt funny around him . Ashe then looks down at their entwined fingers and blushed. What was this feeling she felt this shouldn't be happening. But again she liked this feeling it was one she had a long time ago for a certain male that just up and left her on thier wedding day announcing he wasn't wedding her. She shook her head and looked back to Nate.

" don't recall seeing you around here lately. I do remeber seeing you from somewhere though. and how did you get hurt. I can heal you too you know i'ma healer and summor..... is there someone coming?" She'd look over Nate's shoulder trying to see.

When Nate dragged Ashe into the room he wondered what she must be thinking as the only previous confrontation between them was when he had purposely bumped into her so he could plant the locater spell on her. Nate watched her carefully as he put his top back on, guarenteed she would ask about it as most people do when they see them but then again most people wouldn't dare to ask so why would this person be any different. "So you half answered my question, it says here that you are a major threat to some one who should be dealt with on sight. It is a good thing you bumped into me as then I wouldn't of been able to tell you that your life is in danger" Nate said as he looked at her eyes as his gaze travelled downwards as he took in her appearence.

His gaze then went back up to her eyes not really sure what to do or say. As all he wanted to do was just complate his mission and just kill her with no evidence pointing back to him. He saw her look down and blush, so Nate bit his bottom lip gently as all he wanted to do was kill her now as he would take her by surprise as she isn't even looking at him. Nate knew that Ashe is a princess but if he called her that he would most likely have to explain how he knew who she was and how he knew that she was a princess. Nate also know about her past relationship where she was going to get married so for the time being he will play with her emotions about that.

"Does it really matter that you haven't seen me around recently princess as like you would be out on the street as you have servants for that. So yeah you haven't seen me lately as it isn't very likely you will see me very often" Nate said wanting her to be angry so then he could get her wrapped around his little finger. "It isn't you problem to deal with as it was my own fault I got them, so I guess we should split up as I need to go and report to my boss" Nate said getting angry as he doesn't want to tell her much about him. "I will have a look" Nate said as he opened the door and peeked out and saw some killers there so he signalled them to leave so that he can gain Ashe's trust more. He then entered back into the room "No there isn't any one there so we are all alone" Nate said as he kissed her gently on her cheek "The name is Nate Grey" Nate said introducing himself.

she'd say replying to Nate. Something was still fishy it seemed off really to her. What the hell did she do for the people to come to try kill her. And why was Nate here he acted why to nice to her. It was like he had something to do with this or maybe it was her mind screwing with her.

"Nate are you Sure your Kay? and what did i do to this boss. All I do is sit here all day and listen to my adviser blahing. I want to be out and have fun. but i guess that will never happen because now I'm a endangerment."

Ashe stomped her foot as her hands formed into fist at both her sides. How dare these people say this about her all she did was exactly what she told Nate. And if she did do something why didn't anyone tell her.

"I suppose so thanks for popping up. But it seems odd to me that your here as if it's set up. HM strange really but then again it could be luck. I just don't know"

Ashe was angry as her eyes changed color this would happen when mad. She shook with fury and rage, Ashe gridded her teeth and growls.

"Not really as it isn't even my real name, it is what the person that found me decided to name me, it is after someone in his family" Nate said as he shrugged. Truth be told Nate didn't really like the name he got given or his title of 'Magician Archer'. But truth be told he prefers his title more that he likes his real name. Maybe Nate should try to change his name to something that the initials are M.A. Nate walked over to the window as he wondered what the real reason is that his boss want Ashe dead for any way, that is the real question that is going through Nate's head as it is the only question he doesn't know the answer to that involves Ashe.

"Yeah I am sure I am ok. Anyway I wouldn't want the princess to worry about one lousy commoner as there are more important people that need your help more than me" Nate said as his wounds are real but they are not as lethal as they would be if they where actually trying to kill him so there was no point in Nate getting any treatment from the princess when he has no serious cuts at the moment. "How am I suppose to know as all I know is that some killers are after your head or to take you back to there boss..." Nate said as he just realised what Ashe's specialty is. "How good are you at healing people" Nate asked

Nate saw Ashe stomp her foot and clenched both her hands in fists so he walked over to her and grabbed both of her arms "Ashe you don't want to do anything rash as you are a princess who I reckon as never taken a life before" Nate said as he smiled at her to help calm her down. "I over heard some people in the streets asking people where they would find you so I came here as I didn't think they where up to any good soI guess it sort of is luck" Nate said as he sighed. "How about this as I don't reckon you would be able to handle yourself against the killers. So why don't you hire me to be your bodyguard and in my spare time I will also try to track down the killers boss" Nate said.

" your not a lousy commoner Nate. I like commoners and i try pleasing them with their needs when i can. some laws i can't pass cause they don't allow me to do so. which i think is stupid. And i can fight but i haven't trained lately. It's because i have to sit and listen to this old man day in and out. when my father was alive he train with me. i can summon and sword-men fight.. but I'm rusty.. I can also bring the dead back to life which come from my mother injecting me with some green stuff. Um Nate do you know of the Cocoon? i was told their bad and use humans as their personal lab rats . Why am i telling all this when there's people out there trying to kill me. I'm supposed to run what's wrong with me.. Do you really want to be my body guard?"

Ashe blinked a couple times as Nate said this then kinda blushed turning her head away . Did he really want to work for a princess he did have a point. Nate as a body guard would be nice and she would probably pay him more. Her fist unfist as she placed one finger on her chin thinking again what Nate said.

" it that what you really wanna do i don't want you doing something you don like" Ashe said looking to Nate again.

"You are to kind Ashe. But I am just a lousy single commoner, who would you rather save me or the other people of this place. You don't even know me as this is the first proper meeting we have and yet for some reason we are acting like we are best friends as you are telling me things that are personal to you" Nate said as he started to let his mind wonder a bit. "You are a bit rusty but even if you are still trained they are good killers who wouldn't care about killing innocents to get to you. Just because you think you can fight doesn't actually mean you can actually fight" Nate said as he summoned a arrow out of his fingers and shot them at Ashe but he aimed them to miss her. "THat is me aiming at you to not kill you so what do you think the killers will do to actually kill you" Nate said.

"I guess that is why the boss wants you by his side as bringing back the dead would be a major back up to the boss' plan. It also explains why the order is to either upduct you or to kill you" Nate said. "Why are we telling each other anything. I guess it is also helping me understand what I am dealing with such as your abilitie's" Nate said as he gave off a little shrug. "I guess it is better than just lazing about every day and plus I can also keep you safe" Nate said as he bit his bottom lip as all he wanted to do was to go up to her and kiss her. Nate watched as Ashe unclunched her fists. "I don't want to protect you I want to do this" Nate said as he leaned in to kiss her passionately after she turned to look at him again.

" oh" she said as she'd watched Nate again.Sighing she placed her right hand upon his shoulder looking over him again. Her eyes sharped when she saw something move passed them. It was a neko boy that she found in the streets as a infant with a dragon mark upon his backside.

" Nate what are you going to do after-wards.. like umm when your done guarding me...."

She was kissed again as she'd turned her head some in the kiss. This felt wrong yet right as well as this young princess , lets Nate kiss her more. Ryo the neko boy looked towards the two and played with his tail not minding them at all.

Nate turned his head slightly when he heard a sound as he made some arrows appear out of his hands but he saw a neko boy so he turned to focus his attention on Ashelia to make sure nothing happens to her. Nate was glad that he had interepted her as who knows what she would of asked. After a while of kissing her he pulled away and rested his fore head on hers. Nate bit his bottom lip as he thought of what to say. Nate kissed Ashelia lightly on her lips one more time before he replied back.

"That depends entirely on what happens between now and when I am done guarding you. Maybe you could keep me on as your body guard. What would you like me to do princess" Nate said flirting with her slightly as he made the arrows dissapear. Nate moved his hands up to her neck as he wrapped them around her neck "So is there anything decent to do around here" Nate whispered so only Ashelia heard as he meant anything around here the two of them could do together while alone.
